As the coronavirus pandemic sweeps the world, it is being reported by medical officers that gyms are prime places for the viruses to spread.

With that being said, here are 7 exercises you can do at home to maintain your fitness at home, with the summarised routine at the end.

1. Burpees

  • Do 25 reps of to start off
  • As in the GIF but explode upwards, bringing the knees up to the chest.
  • Make sure you get all the way down in the press up as shown.
  • This targets all of the major muscle groups, providing a mix of anaerobic and aerobic exercise.

2. Jump Squats

  • 20 reps.
