One Simple Home Exercise Routine to Get You Started

As the coronavirus pandemic sweeps the world, it is being reported by medical officers that gyms are prime places for the viruses to spread.
With that being said, here are 7 exercises you can do at home to maintain your fitness at home, with the summarised routine at the end.
1. Burpees
- Do 25 reps of to start off
- As in the GIF but explode upwards, bringing the knees up to the chest.
- Make sure you get all the way down in the press up as shown.
- This targets all of the major muscle groups, providing a mix of anaerobic and aerobic exercise.
2. Jump Squats
- 20 reps.
