With respect, the man who invented the terms said that there is no such thing as pure introverts and extroverts. I agree that it helps define someone, but only a small aspect of them. People are way too complex to fit under one label. I, for one, know I am a mixture of both. Most people recharge their mental energy alone, but can still recharge when surrounded by others.
